Interest Process
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we will collect your student's information through an interest form. Upon receipt, a staff member will contact you to follow-up.

Three Step Application Process
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, our new student applications for Pre-Kindergarten will be a three step process.
Complete online application information for students who meet the age and residency requirements.
Schedule a time to complete the Pre-Kindergarten screener.
Upon notification of placement in the program, complete the required onsite school enrollment on July 8, 2020.
To finalize the application process for your child, you will need to provide 2 proofs of residency and your child's shot records and birth certificate.
Wayne Township Preschool
Wayne Township Preschool Interest Form:
This is open to students living within the boundaries of the MSD of Wayne Township.
Children ages 3-5 can attend.
This is an interest form for AM Preschool, PM Preschool, with or without Child Care

Title I Pre-Kindergarten
Title I Pre-Kindergarten Application:
This is only open to students living in the: Garden City, Maplewood, Rhoades, or Stout Field school areas.
Children must be 4 years old by August 1, 2020
This is an application process, not all who register will be placed in the Title I Pre-Kindergarten classroom.
